Graphic Designer

Peleman Industries seeks a raw talent graphic designer for an exciting opportunity! The candidate will be able to utilize all facets of their creative talent from conceptual designs to creation. This position will be responsible for the conceptualization, graphic design and creation of finished artwork fro printed and online materials related to brand, product, and corporate marketing communication programs. This candidate will assist in developing targeted concepts for packaging, merchandising, and other marketing communication materials. The graphic designer works in concert with cross-functional team members to bring product to market quickly and cost-effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops targeted concepts for packaging, merchandising, and other marketing communications materials.
  • Prepares materials manually or by utilizing graphic software to design and produce finished artwork for product.
  • Conceptualizes graphic design and maintains a sense of ownership of jobs from concept through production of finished goods.
  • Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service.
  • Develops and adheres to graphic standards that strengthen brand equity and streamline the graphic design process.

Requirements:

Call Center Manager

Oversees daily operations of the Call Center and manages the Customer Care Representatives in the department. Uses strong knowledge of customer systems, products/services and leadership skills to oversee and guide employees in meeting performance and customer service objectives. Reviews and evaluates staff on ability to meet those objectives. Prepares performance reports, statistical analysis and plans of action. Sets target goals for performance, quality and efficiency. Must have working experience in a call center. Must also have experience in managing a team. May handle escalated customer complaints upon customer or executive request and utilizes escalations as a method to train and develop staff. Must possess leadership skills and good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales Representative for a new division of Peleman Industries wwaow.com. Responsible for all sales activities of dynamic Print-On-Demand, E-commerce business including e-sales and traditional sales channels. Generate and close new business in this $27 billion market.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ability to think creatively and recognize new opportunities as well as crafting solutions to close them.
  • Assist in the development and penetration of new vertical markets in the US, including publishers, writers, businesses and academia.
  • Present and sell products and services to potential clients via internet and traditional sales models.
  • Work directly with in-house, e-marketing expert.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to hit sales targets.
  • Relentless follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from E-commerce and field activity.

Executive Assistant to the CEO:

Duties/Responsibilties:

  • Manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse for release and receipts
  • Daily and weekly release of products
  • Daily and weekly forecasting of products
  • Regular cycle counts
  • Work cross-functionally with suppliers and geographic operations to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at all time
  • Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
  • Support the efforts of the Sales and Account Management Division by participating fully and contributing to team-selling modes.
  • Gather and log all inventory items and cost information on the computer system correctly and accurately

Education/Training/Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Production Designer/Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a hardworking Production Designer/Graphic Designer for our in-house creative department. This position can perform different steps of print production: client artwork creation, preflight of print ready files, client correspondence for artwork approval, proofing, printing and finishing as required. This position requires high levels of organization skills, attention to detail and good communication and customer-relations skills. Portfolio required.

Duties/Responsibilties:

  • Preparing and creating artwork for foil stamping and offset print.
  • Working closely with other departments to expedite customized orders.
  • Provide graphic design assistance to our in-house graphic design team as needed, under the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Knowledge of printing production requirements for foil stamping and offset print
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign
  • Client order and artwork processing to meet high quality standards.
  • Creating and manipulating client artwork for media duplication requirements.
  • Order planning and organization.
  • Client correspondence and proofing
  • Order prioritizing, and submittal of jobs to multiple internal/external print vendors.
  • Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Pre-press verification of artwork to meet quality requirements of different print processes
  • High level of organization skills is extremely important.
  • Creative self-starter, with efficient work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Superior attention to details and capacity to proof own work to ensure accuracy
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience. Some print experience in the field or in a related area a big plus, not a requirement.
  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree or its equivalent.
